What we're licensed to do

Eight services,
built around one person at a time

Every service is delivered under our Minnesota 245D license, with a support plan shaped around each person's routines, goals, and the people who matter most to them.

Basic Support Services

245D · Basic

Out the door, into the community

24-hour emergency assistance

Someone to call at 2 a.m. as well as 2 p.m. When the unexpected happens, a real person answers.

Adult companion services

Good company and real connection: shared meals, errands, conversation, and time out in the community.

Homemaker

A steady hand with cleaning, laundry, meals, and groceries, so home stays a place to rest.

Night supervision

Trained staff in the home overnight, so the night hours are as safe as the day.

Respite care, in or out of home

Planned, dependable breaks for family caregivers, at home or in the community.

Individual community living support

Hands-on daily-living support for adults who want to stay in their own home and neighborhood.

In-Home Support Services

245D · In-home

Skills, practiced where life happens

Individualized home supports with training

One-on-one coaching in the skills of daily life, like cooking, budgeting, getting around town, and health routines, practiced right where they'll be used.

Individualized home supports with family training

The same skill building, shared with the whole household, so what works keeps working after staff go home.

Care isn't a service we deliver and drive away from. It's a relationship we keep, in the kitchen, on the block, and at 2 a.m.

How referrals work

Three steps from first call to first shift

Whether you're a family member, a county case manager, or reaching out for yourself, the path is the same. It all starts with one conversation.

Reach out

Call (206) 453-8543 or email contact@goldenviewmn.com. Tell us a little about who needs support, and we'll get back to you within one business day.

Plan together

We meet the person and the people who know them best, review the service agreement, and write a support plan around their goals and routines.

Support begins

Matched staff start on a schedule that fits the household. As life changes, we keep checking that the plan still fits.

For case managers: we work with waiver-funded referrals and are glad to coordinate directly with your team on service agreements, documentation, and start dates.
